Job description

​Our client is a prestigious brand with business across the world. They are now looking for a HR manager with strong business partnering experience and focus on supporting key stakeholders to help business grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with a committed team, you will manage the full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, retention and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations

  • You will manage the day-to-day HR operations as well as to assist and develop others through sound HR advice and support

  • Specifically, you will act as a HR business partner to plan and execute organizational and developmental initiatives and formulate internal communications to support business growth and changes

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years HR generalist experience

  • Previous exposure to the FMCG/F&B/Retail sectors is highly desired

  • The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels will be key to success in this role

  • You will possess high levels of commercial acumen with a flexible approach

  • Be highly motivated, energetic and passionate
