Job description

Our client is a prestigious brand with business across the world. They are now looking for a HR manager with strong business partnering experience and focus on supporting key stakeholders to help business grow.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • You will lead a small to drive people strategies and HR initiatives at the group level.

  • Work closely with business leaders to understanding their needs and provide sound HR solutions include but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent management and development and organization development.

  • Support business development based on in-depth analytics, from using existing internal data as well as external research, identify problems, suggest and conduct follow up actions.

  • Assist in preparing various analysis and reports for business review and participate in HR projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, a minimum of 8 years HR generalist experience is required.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptive in fast-pas environment is essential to success.

  • Support business development based on in-depth analytics, from using existing internal data as well as external research, identify problems, suggest and conduct follow up actions.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally and with excellent Analytical and logical mindset.

  • Fluency in English is a must.
