This is a broad role in the legal team and will cover a range of general commercial issues such as commercial contracts as well as some employment, IP and corporate governance matter.
The role is an excellent opportunity for private practice commercial generalist who are looking to go in-house or in-house lawyers with strong commercial contracts experience gained in any industries looking to develop a career in a highly respected industry sector.The successful candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with a stable career history and has 5-10PQE in corporate/commercial practice.English and Chinese proficiency is required for the position.
