Sourcing and screening candidates across different channels. Utilizing various recruitment tools and headhunting/ cold calling to build your own candidate base.
Providing professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates on market trends
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
Being accountable for monthly sales generation and KPIs
Developing you to be future leaders to drive and grow our business
Establishing your professional market knowledge and leverage your potential
Play Hard, Work Hard Environment
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Enthusiasm for Recruitment business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing, friendly, approachable and motivated by helping others
Strong organization skills, independent, professional and articulate
Excellent spoken and written Cantonese and English
Any previous exposure to the Sales & Marketing / Information Technology / HR & Professional Support sectors with recruitment firm would be ideal
