Our client is a leading conglomerate with multiple business entities operating across the world.It is now inviting a lawyer with M&A/Private Equity experience to join their regional legal team based in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of corporate and investment transactions including M&A, JV, and PE etc. with responsibilities of providing legal advice and transactional support from due diligence to closings.He or she will also assist with general corporate advisory work/training and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 5-8PQE in M&A/PE gained with an international law firm. In-house legal experience would be advantageous.
