Job description

About the Role:

  • Design and distribute seasonal and monthly visual merchandising directives, encompassing window displays, in-store layouts, and featured products, while adhering to the global marketing strategy and brand vision.
  • Produce and procure visual merchandising materials and displays, overseeing supplier partnerships to maintain high standards and budget efficiency.
  • Partner with local teams to guarantee the prompt and uniform execution of visual merchandising plans across all regions.
  • Perform routine store audits to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and verify adherence to international guidelines.
  • Oversee the timely processing of quotes and payments for visual merchandising projects.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Global Retail Merchandising to synchronize visual strategies with sales objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Administer budgets for visual marketing projects, ensuring compliance with financial targets and cost management.
  • Track and analyze the business performance outcomes of visual merchandising campaigns.
  • Support and engage in store planning and development projects as needed.
  • Handle additional tasks as required.



About the Candidate:

  • Diploma or higher in Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of visual merchandising experience; background in luxury fashion with regional or global scope is a plus.
  • Creative flair with strong skills in styling, product arrangement, and visual narrative.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
  • Prior involvement in project management, particularly store planning and development, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with reading architectural/technical drawings is an asset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of engaging with diverse teams across regions.
  • Analytical mindset to derive insights from data and drive improvements.
  • Meticulous, structured, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Open to travel for store evaluations and regional assistance.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
