Job Description:
It is a senior analyst role in AI Lab to implement digital transformation projects. The projects are about the adoption of technology, AI and data science in different areas, such as supply chain management, customer engagement, retail management to realize the beauty of AI and data science technology as real business benefits. This role will make use of the client management and business analysis skills to enable users to make good use of systems.
You will:
Be a part of the digital transformation team; understand user and business needs
Assist in the planning and coordination of the transformation programme like preparing presentation, training materials etc; adopt the best practices in digital transformation to ensure an organized and effective transition
Prepare, coordinate, and follow up user training; assist in collecting user feedback and solving their challenges to ensure the successful application of the projects to bring business benefit
Translate user requirements into action plans with the system project manager and business analyst
Coordinate with vendors or developers to ensure the smooth system development and deployment
Monitor and analyse the related system usage
Candidate we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related subjects
5 or above years of related working experience
Experience in client management, digital product development and deployment
Knowledge in data analytics will be an advantage
Good communication and analytical skills; proficient in English and Chinese
Positive and helpful, can-do attitude; enjoy communication and working for new initiatives
