About the Role:

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and communicate the company's overall strategic direction.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic goals and objectives.

 

Business Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business performance, financial data, and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

  • Evaluate the company's current business model and make recommendations for optimization.

  • Identify and assess potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

 

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and refine business strategies and initiatives, considering short-term and long-term objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and allocate resources effectively.

  • Develop implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams to achieve strategic goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as required.

 

Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the organization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to gather insights, secure buy-in, and ensure successful execution of strategies.

  • Present strategic recommendations, business cases, and performance updates to senior executives and the board of directors.

 

Change Management:

  • Lead and facilitate change initiatives as a result of strategic decisions.

  • Identify and address barriers to change, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new strategies.

  • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns.

 

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in business strategy development, strategic planning, and execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using strategic planning tools, financial models, and data analysis software.
