​About the Role:

  • Comprehends and adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains all brand standards

  • Exhibits knowledge of the market, competitors, local economic, social, and cultural landscape

  • Monitors business outcomes and assesses the performance of sales associates

  • Aligns boutique sales objectives with the overall business plan and creates an environment conducive to sales growth

  • Supports the successful execution of activation and marketing plans that contribute to business goals

  • Collects and shares customer and staff feedback with the Boutique Manager for future business planning

  • Provides clear instructions and guidance to the team in line with the business plan, delegates tasks with explicit expectations

  • Coaches the team on appropriate utilization of product knowledge to boost sales

  • Identifies strengths and areas for development to foster future growth

  • Facilitates smooth integration of new team members; assesses team needs and collaborates effectively with the Boutique Manager to retain top talent

  • Demonstrates expertise in luxury selling culture and coaches sales associates to effectively apply these principles; acts as an acting manager on the sales floor in the absence of the Boutique Manager

  • Encourages clienteling, ensures the team collects qualitative data, and coaches them to establish trust and develop strong business relationships with clients

  • Ensures efficient after-sales service

  • Handles communication with dissatisfied customers confidently and transforms complaints into positive experiences

  • Demonstrates proficiency in all operational selling processes; maintains accurate documentation

  • Assists management in inventory control, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and appropriateness of stock at all times

  • Supports the Boutique Manager in monitoring merchandising plans, particularly for new products, while ensuring boutique visibility and environment align with brand standards

About the Candidate:

  • Holds a tertiary education degree with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably with a background in accessories and watches, including 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is advantageous

  • Exhibits excellent selling, customer service, and clienteling skills

  • Demonstrates sincerity, warmth, adaptability, and pleasantness in interactions

  • Displays strong leadership and people management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive, organized, capable of multitasking, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
