Job description
We are now seeking for Team Lead - HR Shared Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement an efficient onboarding and offboarding process to ensure smooth journey of employee
- Serve as the primary liaison for the timely delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics specific to shared services to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with different HR teams to ensure effective alignment of shared services strategies.
- Leverage HR technology to enhance service delivery capabilities within the shared services model.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR shared services operations, preferably within financial institutions
- In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices in shared services.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR information systems and software tools relevant to shared services.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
