Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of RFX (Request for Information/Quotation/Proposal) documents to assess opportunity alignment with strategic corporate goals and operational capabilities.
  • Act as the central nexus, coordinating a diverse internal team (Global Procurement, Product, Trade Lane Management, Key Account owners) to consolidate inputs and craft compelling, winning bid responses.
  • Own and manage the entire global tender lifecycle for ocean freight solutions, from initial customer engagement and RFQ launch through to final submission, award, and post-bid analysis.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the tender process, professionally managing requests for clarification and negotiating favourable terms and conditions.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to continuously refine bidding strategies, improve win rates, and secure profitable long-term contracts.
  • Maintain impeccable records of all tender activities, participation, outcomes, and deadlines within the company's CRM/tender management system to ensure full transparency and support strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of core tender and bid management experience within the global logistics sector, specifically with freight forwarding organizations.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully managing and winning complex, high-value RFQ/RFP processes for multinational clients.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication and influencing skills.
