Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and possess exceptional business management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Investment Banking team to help drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to support the Investment Banking team
Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including revenue growth, client retention, and profitability
Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business strategy
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners
Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team members
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability
Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to investment banking
