Our client is young company with a start up environment in the storage business. . This is an office role with no shifts

Main Duties:

The Account Executive will be reporting directly to the manager and work with existing accounts (consumers and corporate clients) . The AE will not be responsible for any sales targets, but will be managing existing accounts and take care of any issues, complaints etc.

Job Requirements

• Manage accounts, client servicing
• Support account in queries, upselling, and inform them on different storage solutions
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1-3 years working experience, preferably in the customer services or sales field
• Fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered
• Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
• A proactive team player and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications
