Job description

Job duties

  • Prepare marketing plans, budget, new product development and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy such as ATL promotions (TVC, Print, and Digital etc.), BTL promotions, PR events etc;

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor’s performance and activities and develop counteracting strategies and programs

  • Work closely with internal teams on new product development and to optimize brand resources and ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2-3 of relevant experience in the FMCG - Principal or Distributor

  • Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind;

  • A team player with excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to work independently under pressure

  • Good command in both English and Chinese
