Job description
Job duties
Prepare marketing plans, budget, new product development and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy such as ATL promotions (TVC, Print, and Digital etc.), BTL promotions, PR events etc;
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor’s performance and activities and develop counteracting strategies and programs
Work closely with internal teams on new product development and to optimize brand resources and ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 of relevant experience in the FMCG - Principal or Distributor
Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind;
A team player with excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Good command in both English and Chinese
