Job description
About the Role:
- Drive member acquisition and engagement to grow membership base
- Foster strong relationships with members, track preferences, and encourage repeat visits
- Promote and upsell premium offerings, including tea, beverages, wine, and art, to meet sales targets
- Manage phone, online inquiries, and booking requests from members
- Introduce and facilitate promotional campaigns, including VIP callbacks
- Supervise daily operations, service quality, staff performance, and member satisfaction
- Design and execute strategies to deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience
- Assist in planning and executing exclusive member events, including logistics and operations
About the Candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury or high-end private clubs
- Customer-focused, dynamic, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
