Job description

We are now seeking for Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager, Human Resources.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a full spectrum of human resources strategies aligned with the business goals and objectives
  • A trusted business partner that managing the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing total rewards, performance management, talent development etc.
  • Design, manage, and execute competitive direct rewards and incentive programs that comply with local statutory requirement across all markets.
  • Work closely with both local and regional leaders for the development and evaluation of pay and benefits structure
  • Facilitate performance management initiatives, including establishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and creating development plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 13 years practical experience within sizable organizations
  • Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations
  • Successful stories on entering emerging markets
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
  • Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
  • Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
