Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and manage Compensation & Benefits framework, including policies, structures, and rewards initiatives
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Managing the annual salary and bonus review processes for regional alignment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Develop and prepare the necessary reports and data analysis to identify key insights
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in C&B operations in sizable organizations
- In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices in shared services.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
