Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage Compensation & Benefits framework, including policies, structures, and rewards initiatives
  • Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness
  • Managing the annual salary and bonus review processes for regional alignment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Develop and prepare the necessary reports and data analysis to identify key insights
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in C&B operations in sizable organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices in shared services.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
