Job description
Our client is a global listed luxury retail group. To support the business they are currently recruiting an Assistant HR Manager (Business Partnering, Talent acquisition). This is a new head count, and will be mainly managing frontline recruitment
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to implement approved hiring plans . End to end process from publishing job openings, networking and engaging with talents, candidate screening to offer negotiation
- Proactively research and suggest innovative and effective HR solutions
- Manage all frontline recruitment for Hong Kong and Macau
- Talent Management:
- Liaise staff development and training opportunities
- Business Partnering and Employee relations
- Support delivery of HR processes and engagement activities
- Support management and resolve any HR related compliance or disciplinary concern
- Manage onboarding and off boarding
- Manage and support social events and team activities
- HR Projects:
- Annual performance and salary reviews
- Work closely with C&B, to make sure all benefit arrangements are well-managed.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 5+ Years of experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, Talent Management
- Experience in front line recruitment is highly desirable, retail background
- Approachable, proactive and result-oriented
- Candidates from recruitment agencies will be considered
- Presentable, with excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
