Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant Manager - Global Property Division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the full spectrum of property sales strategies for overseas property portfolio
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies for the Europe property markets
- Formulate effective business plan and advise the top management on the pricing strategies
- Develop extensive industry network and business partnership
- Closely liaison with local teams on the forecast and analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 5 years of solid experiences with proven track record for overseas residential market
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
