Job description
We are partnering with a market leading real estate corporation to invite a committed and self-motivated research and analysis talent to join their established team.
We are now seeking for Assistant Research Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research works and collect market insights
Account for feasibility studies for the diversified retail and commercial portfolio
Analyse business data and market trend to identify potential opportunities for business growth and development
Preparation of presentation materials, written reports and proposals for top management
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated comprehensive market research experiences in property developers or research consultancies
Meticulous, self-initiative with excellent analytical abilities
Strong business acumen and market sense is highly preferrable
