About the Role:
Business operations: Assist in maintaining and expanding current business operations.
Throughput and revenue growth: Achieve targets for growth, ensuring the long-term viability of ports.
Strategic account plans: Lead the development and implementation of strategic and tactical account plans.
Collaboration for achieving volume, rate, and revenue targets.
Provide comprehensive support for sales and marketing activities across all accounts, end users, and alliances.
Secure new business contracts, foster customer relationships, facilitate customer events, and implement marketing activities to enhance the company's brand.
Coordinate with stakeholders internally to deliver exceptional customer experiences, oversee business plan execution, and contribute to functional projects.
Resolve daily sales issues involving multiple parties through effective collaboration and resource allocation.
Support extensive domestic and international travel and entertainment requirements.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the port or shipping line industry.
Knowledge of the complete transport and logistics value chain is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales support tools, such as CRM systems.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
