Job description

- Min. 5 yrs of sales exp. in Food Services industry

Our client is a renowned FMCG manufacturer in Food industry. To cope with their expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to lead their Food Services team.
Main duties:
- Manage personal & team pipeline to ensure company’s sales targets are met
- Identify new business opportunities and build up good client relationships
- Implement effective sales strategies to enhance sales revenue
- Handle customer enquiries & complaints to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Provide coaching & mentorship to junior team members
- Prepare regular report & analysis for management review
Requirements
- 5 years of Sales experience in Food Services industry with at least 2 years on supervisory level
- Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated with positive attitude
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and people management skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficent in MS Office (i.e. MS WORD, Excel, etc.)
- *Immediate available will be an advantage
