Assistant Sales Manager – Food Services / Retail

Job description

Our client is a renowned key player in Food Services industry with a diverse client portfolio in Hong Kong. To cope with their expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their Key Account team.

Main duties:

• Build & maintain good business relationship with key accounts (i.e. supermarkets, retail chains etc.)
• Develop & implement sales strategies to ensure business goals are met
• Formulate & executive promotional campaigns to drive business growth & brand awareness
• Work closely with Trade Marketing and Merchandising teams for trade promotion campaigns
• Conduct sales performance and market analysis for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
• 5 years of key account management experience in FMCG / Food industry
• Strong connection with supermarket / retail chains is desirable
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Proficient in both English & Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office (i.e. MS WORD, Excel, etc.)
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
