Assistant/ Marketing Manager - Personal Care/Retail

Job description

Our client is a global personal care brand, with a few own retail stores in Hong Kong. Due to some changes in the company, they are now recruiting an Assistant/ Marketing Manager to lead the whole marketing (Brand, Retail Marketing, PR, Digital & CRM)

Main Duties:

• Plan and manage strategic brand marketing activities
• Plan new product launches
• Retail marketing campaigns, POSM, promotions, Store events
• Build brand awareness through digital campaigns, social media and influencers
•  Work with PR staff on PR Events, media relations
• Further build CRM

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 5+ Years of Brand Marketing experience within Retail
• Excellent analytical skills, Excellent problem solving
• A proactive team player with solid experience leading sizable teams
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Candidates with more experience could be considered for Marketing Manager
