Associate/ Sales Director - FMCG/ Retail/ OTC (1 mill base)

Our client is one of the largest FMCG companies with different Business Units and categories. Currently they have a Sales Director vacancy to lead the Key Account team and Trade Marketing. 

Main Duties:

• Manage the overall Sales business includes but not limited to budgets, customer terms and profitability for the assigned accounts
• Responsible for all sales activities including customer business planning, new product introduction and promotion
• Lead the sales team in order to develop strong relationships with the new/existing clients and motivate them to develop new business opportunities
• Plan and manage  channel/ sales strategies, manage both GT and Retail in Hong Kong and Macao
• Maximize the exposure to the potential market and identify new business opportunities by developing strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 10+ Years of sales experience within FMCG, Pharma, Retail industry, preferably from a  multinational
• Energetic and strategic mindset
• Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
• A proactive team player and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
