AVP, ETF Fund Operations – Asset Management

Job description

Our client is a highly regarded and internationally recognized asset management firm with a strong presence in the global financial industry. They are now actively looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced AVP that handles their fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations processes, including fund accounting, trade processing, cash transfers, and fee payments for a range of asset management products including ETF

• Prepare daily trade summaries, reconciliations, and NAV calculations

• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and handle client inquiries

• Ensure compliance with AML and other regulatory requirementsManage interim reporting and fulfill fund auditing obligations

• Assist in implementing new projects and processes, such as launching new funds and conducting system UAT for new businesses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on NAV calculation and trade processing cycles

• Sound understanding of the asset management industry and relevant trade products

• Proficient knowledge of ETFs, with preferred experience in ETF fund accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to prioritize work requests and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate
