About the Role:
- Provide expert-level consultation on luxury lighting solutions, tailored to high-net-worth clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and luxury clientele.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through personalized service and product expertise.
- Conduct showroom presentations, product demonstrations, and design consultations.
- Maintain a visually stunning, well-merchandised showroom that reflects brand excellence.
- Ensure inventory is displayed elegantly and coordinate with designers for optimal visual impact.
- Oversee lighting installations, product placements, and ambiance to enhance customer experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to deliver world-class service.
- Manage inventory, orders, and liaise with suppliers for timely product availability.
- Handle client inquiries, custom orders, and after-sales service with professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on events, promotions, and VIP client engagements.
- Stay updated on luxury design trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations.
- Drive showroom traffic through networking, partnerships, and client referrals.
About the Candidate:
- 5+ years in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end lighting, interior design, or luxury home décor.
- Proven track record in managing a high-end showroom or boutique.
- Proven experience working with architects, contractors, and trade professionals.
- Deep knowledge of luxury lighting brands, materials, and design trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management is a plus.
