Our client is an international premium beauty brand which belongs to well-known beauty group, to cope with their new business direction in HK & Macau market; they are looking for a Brand Management talent to join their team.

Main Duties:

You will be responsible for the brand’s P&L management including Sales & Operations Management, Brand Marketing’s direction’s development and Product Management. Lead the team of around 7, reports to the HK’s country head.

As the Brand Leader, you will identify the business opportunities and formulate short-tern and long-term business strategies to the team, to meet with company’s objectives. Work closely with HQ and internal support teams. Conduct market trend and competitors’ analysis, manage the retail sales’ strategies, store development plan and manage the digital marketing and product marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or  Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years’ brand management experiences, preferred from international beauty company
  • At least 10 years or above as a management role
  • Good market sense and have good insight in beauty/retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and people management skill
  • Responsible, out-going and good strategic thinking skills
  • Strong business sense and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
