Building Service Manager - Contractor

Job description

My client is an engineering contractor. They are seeking for Building Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project execution and coordination across multidisciplinary teams

• Provide strategic technical input during tendering processes

• Oversee technical support for subcontracting and procurement activities

• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Offer guidance on contractual and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure all building services works comply with internal quality and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Building services engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Membership in a recognized professional institution (e.g., MHKIE, MCIBSE, or equivalent)
• Skilled in tender writing and documentation with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
