Job description
Our client is a prestigious firm with strong presence in investment banking and private wealth management. They are actively seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their Client Servicing team.
Responsibilities
Provide effective account management to Sales Team with a focus on China Market.
Assist clients with account opening and ensure strict compliance with company standards and AML regulations.
Handle daily transaction processing, promptly address client inquiries, and proficiently manage investigations to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, contributing to the development of robust sales channels and structures.
Identify areas for service and system enhancements, proactively recommend and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
3-5 years in client services, sales support, operations, or customer service roles within the financial industry.
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English languages.
Knowledge of equities, stock options, and futures market is preferred.
