Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to walk-in customers
- Introduce new products and tastings to customers and show knowledge of the brand
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or up
- Retail or Customer Service experience will be beneficial
- Customer-oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
