Job description
About the Role:
Develop market strategies for retailers and consumers by analyzing data insights to identify consumer needs.
Lead the creation of a 12-month rolling business plan by collaborating with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Education & Finance, as well as external retailer partners and distributors.
Take responsibility for leading internal and external teams to ensure timely execution of the business plan, including promotional plans, new product launches, and marketing strategies.
Monitor Sales, Category share) to track performance, ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, and achieve a satisfactory return on investment. Adjust plans as needed in collaboration with retailers.
Utilize knowledge of the market and network to negotiate advantageous positions.
Manage stakeholders by providing accurate sales and stock forecasts.
Influence the business direction by identifying growth opportunities in assigned market.
About the Candidate:
Skilled in account management, with experience in Australian retail will be an advantage.
Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, with international exposure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to thrive in a complex organizational structure.
Expertise in negotiation and influencing others.
Demonstrates a strong sense of individual accountability and works autonomously.
Proficient in Excel, with strong numeracy and analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Competent in P&L management, budget planning, and customer management.
Possesses excellent relationship-building and networking skills, capable of collaborating with multinational teams.
Committed to delivering results, continuously pursuing improvement and exceeding expectations.
Flexible and adaptive to challenges, with effective time management skills.
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
