Job description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Communication Manager with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our corporate image and promote our CSR initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives, align with corporate goals, and enhance brand reputation.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, newsletters, and internal communications that highlight CSR activities and impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, community organizations, and government entities, to foster collaboration and support for CSR programs.
- Manage media inquiries, develop press materials, and cultivate relationships with journalists to secure coverage of CSR initiatives and achievements.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and CSR programs, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company's CSR initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with corporate values.
- Plan and execute CSR-related events, volunteer activities, and community engagement initiatives to promote employee involvement and public awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, CSR, NGO/ Donations
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies that drive engagement and impact.
- Experience in media relations and crisis communication.
- Knowledge of CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
