Job description

 About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and programs to drive brand promotion, tenant engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms and tools to ensure effective customer data management, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze customer insights, behavior, and preferences to identify opportunities for personalized marketing, brand promotion, and tenant satisfaction enhancement.

  • Develop and execute tenant engagement programs to foster strong relationships, gather feedback, and address concerns effectively.

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities with external organizations, brands, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive mutually beneficial collaborations.

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, partners, vendors, and community organizations.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify innovative strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of CRM initiatives, partnership activities, and brand promotional campaigns.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies, tenant engagement programs, and partnership initiatives.

 

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or a similar role, preferably in the retail, real estate, or hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles, strategies, and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in brand promotion, tenant engagement, and partnership management.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and overcome challenges.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and lead teams towards achieving common goals.
