About the Role:
Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and programs to drive brand promotion, tenant engagement, and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize CRM platforms and tools to ensure effective customer data management, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer insights, behavior, and preferences to identify opportunities for personalized marketing, brand promotion, and tenant satisfaction enhancement.
Develop and execute tenant engagement programs to foster strong relationships, gather feedback, and address concerns effectively.
Identify potential partnership opportunities with external organizations, brands, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, partners, vendors, and community organizations.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify innovative strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of CRM initiatives, partnership activities, and brand promotional campaigns.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies, tenant engagement programs, and partnership initiatives.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Manager or a similar role, preferably in the retail, real estate, or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated experience in brand promotion, tenant engagement, and partnership management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and overcome challenges.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and lead teams towards achieving common goals.
