About the Role:

  • Establish meaningful connections with our clients and act as their primary point of contact and advocate.

  • Craft customized success strategies to assist clients in achieving their business objectives and goals.

  • Ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our platform by delivering continuous support, training, and issue resolution.

  • Proactively recognize and resolve potential challenges to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to uncover growth opportunities and expand our client base.

 

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success position, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is desirable.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude, enabling identification and resolution of customer needs and pain points.

  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
