Finance Manager – Well established buyside (Private Equity)

Our client is a top tier private equity firm with investment across Asia Pacific area. With their rapid growth in business, they are currently looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and review works of junior team members
• Prepare and review reporting for fund levels and other co-investment vehicles
• Responsible for all fund accounting issues including capital call, distribution allocation, etc.
• Handle investor enquiries and liaison with auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors

To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:

• A degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience, including external audit experience in sizeable audit firm  
• Good knowledge of Private Equity Fund/Real Estate Fund
• CPA qualified
• Intermediate/Advance excel skills would be a plus
• Quick learner, self motivator, and team player
• Ability to perform under pressure to strict deadlines
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
