About the Role:

  • Develop, monitor, and execute global sales and distribution strategies, including new market and channel expansion.

  • Co-own sales and P&L targets for all countries, working closely with local markets and finance teams to improve store/channel profitability.

  • Provide global sales and distribution guidelines and tools, collaborating with the merchandising and marketing teams.

  • Lead global sales and distribution budget planning, coordinating with local markets on budget strategies.

  • Act as the main point of contact for local markets, consolidating market intelligence for the global team.

  • Lead comprehensive distribution and business plans, including target setting, performance monitoring, instore operations, and stock management.

  • Manage relationships with landlords and retail partners, working closely with local sales and commercial heads.

  • Optimize merchandising, stock management, and sales productivity through data-driven analysis.

  • Drive CRM, instore visual merchandising, launch plans, and animation strategies.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.

  • Oversee sales, distribution, and P&L for the Hong Kong market.

  • Support ad hoc assignments and projects.

  • Collaborate with management and finance teams to improve sales forecast and channel profitability.

  • Work with merchandising, marketing, and HR teams to drive product and people productivity.

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators by country and channel.


About the Candidate:

  • Minimum 15 years of retail experience, experience in Luxury will be a plus.

  • Solid experience in international luxury brands and exposure to Greater China, North Asia, or Europe.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.

  • Energetic, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dynamic team player with exceptional people management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
