Job description
Responsibilities
Review the logistics policies and strive for best practice.
Work closely with the production team on planning issues
Design and implement operation excellence projects
Manage the entire supply chain process and maintain cost performance measures
Reviewing the policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to company standards and customers' expectations
Lead the various supply chain units, including logistics, planning, distributions, inventory
Interact with suppliers and internal supply chain team to drive for a more efficient process
Closely monitor the import and export global routes and propose improvement plans where necessary
Proactively work with Mainland China SCM to build and implement synergy strategy so that can benefit more from resources in Greater China infrastructure.
Identify and deliver digitization opportunities to make SCM more cost and operationally efficient.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience working in a MNC setting and preferably in FMCG Industry
Experience in manufacturing productions, operations, supply chain logistics and warehouse management is required.
Familiar with import and export compliance/ regulations as well as product classifications
Exceptional communication skills are necessary for the interactions between team members and business partners
