What You Will Do
You will provide overall secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Team such as on/off-boarding, background checks, visa applications, staff benefit, and training related admin task. You will also liaise with internal and external parties for HR related matters, and maintain high clarity and accuracy of employee files and folders on CRM.
What You Need
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is preferred. You should have at least 2 years of HR experience, in legal, professional services, or financial area. Experience in payroll and knowledge of the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is an advantage. High fluency in English and Cantonese is necessary, and while Chinese Word processing is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
