HRIS Business Analyst (Workday, MNC)

Job description

Our client is a reputable MNC with multiple brands and businesses across domains. They are currently gearing up for the next stage of their digitalisation roadmap and are looking for new members to join their HRIS team. The role would be ideal for candidates who are looking to get involved in the latest HRIS (Workday) projects and ongoing digitiation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design HRIS workflow and roadmaps
• Review operation and project progress on on-going projects
• Work with stakeholders and ongoing presentation to senior management
• Data mapping & cleansing for HRIS
• Design and coordinate UAT
• Prepare test scripts

Requirements:

• At least 5 - 6 years of HRIS experience
• Experience in Workday is a plus
• Candidates with experience with other HRIS systems would also be considered
• Prior track record of implementing or upgrading HRIS Modules (C&B, Payroll etc)
• Exposure in Agile environment in a sizeable company
• Familiar with MS SQL, SQL, Tableau, BI, Data Handling tools
• Scrum Master, Project Management certifications and qualifications would be an advantage
