For one of our global clients we are currently recruiting a CRM Analyst to support the Marketing Manager in data mining, planning and developing CRM and loyalty programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Manager in Data analysis to develop CRM programs
- Conduct A/B testing for promotions and generate business insights
- Plan and execute the Membership & Loyalty Programs, CRM events and campaigns to maximize the customer database
- Work closely with internal clients; marketing, operations and Sales
Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- 2+ Years experience in data analysis from Consumer, Bank, Telecom or hospitality
- Strong analytical skills and data –driven, experience in SQL/SPSS/SAS
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
