About the Role:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the jewelry brand, aligning with business objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape in the jewelry industry.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, including product catalogs, brochures, digital content, and advertisements.

  • Manage and optimize the brand's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as print, digital, social media, email marketing, and events.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry professionals to maximize brand exposure and secure strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales support materials, promotional strategies, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing platforms, and provide recommendations for innovative marketing initiatives.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, experience in jewelry industry is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of the luxury goods market, customer experience, customer behavior, and current jewelry trends.

  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and customer segmentation.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to develop compelling brand stories.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and measure campaign performance.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages to different target audiences.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
