Our client is a leading beauty group in worldwide, to cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Communications expert to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • As the brand’s marketing leader to plan and manage A&P budget to meet brand objectives
  • Lead and support the implementation of the Marketing strategies in line with Global strategy and brand priorities
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail/Event) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Lead the CRM and digital strategy and programs for the brand
  • Manage media and PR agency in delivering the best marketing and branding plans for the brand
  • Explore working with KOLs to drive brand awareness
  • Establish a close working relationship with retailers and trade partners to manage the launch and promotional calendar
  • Work closely with headquarters for approval of all brand and marketing materials

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in premium beauty or retail industries
  • Strong drive to strive for excellence, flexible and creative
  • Passionate towards beauty/premium personal care industry
  • A self-starter, motivated and energetic player
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Able to work with internal and external parties
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese
