About the Role:

  • Architect and activate action plans to surpass daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and KPI goals.
  • Design performance-boosting incentive programs that inspire and reward achievement.
  • Turn sales data into insight: pinpoint gaps, spotlight opportunities, and roll out improvement roadmaps.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to customer feedback and complaints to elevate satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Share timely sales updates, insights, and recommendations with the General Manager.
  • Champion new product launches and craft compelling in-store visual storytelling.
  • Build annual product sales forecasts and go-to-market calendars.
  • Optimize stock levels and flow; enforce disciplined inventory control.
  • Protect inventory integrity by investigating and reporting any variances.
  • Deliver flawless store execution aligned with company standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Control operating costs and maintain accurate time and attendance records for the team.
  • Partner with leadership on network growth: pre-opening checklists, materials coordination, SOP creation, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate maintenance and ensure smooth POS/system performance.
  • Create smart schedules and break plans to ensure seamless coverage throughout the day.
  • Assess staffing needs; recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent.
  • Coach and mentor associates on selling mastery, product expertise, and CRM best practices.
  • Set clear expectations, track results, and deliver actionable, growth-minded feedback.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the broader retail team.


About the Candidate:

  • 5+ years in retail operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Excellent time management; decisive, organized, and strong at setting priorities.
  • A self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive sales driver who creates traffic, conversion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Commercially creative with strong knowledge of gifting categories and assortments.
  • Able to deliver candid, constructive feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills; turns challenges into solutions.
  • Willing and able to work shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed).
