About the Role:
Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies, programs, and initiatives.
Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Segment customer data based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences for targeted marketing campaigns.
Coordinate customer communication channels, including email marketing, SMS, and direct mail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute personalized marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
Support the implementation of loyalty programs, customer surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Assist in creating and maintaining customer profiles and customer journey mapping.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies and tools.
Provide administrative support, including creating reports, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in CRM, customer marketing, or database management, preferably in the retail industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage customer data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
