About the Role:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their unique requirements are met.

  • Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional experiences.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with a focus on customer service.

  • Strong understanding of luxury brand values, customer expectations, and industry trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clientele.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and inspire teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of service excellence.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
