Job description

For a large consumer company, we are currently recruiting a Call Centre Coordinator.
This role will support the team leader in inbound calls from consumers and Corporate clients; enquiries, ordering etc.

The Call Centre Coordinator will also support internal team in controlling quality from the retail sales team.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with the team on upcoming evens, offers and product launches
  • Assist team leader in controlling of the CS level of frontline sales, deliver specific training
  • Assist team leader in controlling quality of data entry
  • Provide overview of CS activities in meetings
  • Take care of inbound calls; issues, complaints from Consumers and corporate clients
  • Some outbound call target existing corporate clients
  • Data entry, update consumer details if needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 + Years of Customer Service/ Call center experience
  • Strong listening and communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese
  • Independent, problem solving
  • Team leading experience is not a must, but will be a plus (especially training junior staff
