Job description
For a large consumer company, we are currently recruiting a Call Centre Coordinator.
This role will support the team leader in inbound calls from consumers and Corporate clients; enquiries, ordering etc.
The Call Centre Coordinator will also support internal team in controlling quality from the retail sales team.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with the team on upcoming evens, offers and product launches
- Assist team leader in controlling of the CS level of frontline sales, deliver specific training
- Assist team leader in controlling quality of data entry
- Provide overview of CS activities in meetings
- Take care of inbound calls; issues, complaints from Consumers and corporate clients
- Some outbound call target existing corporate clients
- Data entry, update consumer details if needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 3 + Years of Customer Service/ Call center experience
- Strong listening and communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese
- Independent, problem solving
- Team leading experience is not a must, but will be a plus (especially training junior staff
