Job description

Our client is a well-known international retail brand, due to their business expansion in HK & Macau, they are looking for a passionate and responsible candidate to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and people management for assigned POS in order to achieve sales targets and ensure the excellence of the floor operations.
- Conduct analysis on the sales performance and floor’s service performance to identify the business opportunities and develop action plan to the floor.
- Lead and motivate the retail team, handle the frontline recruitment and work closely with Training team to ensure proper coaching to frontline staff.
- Conduct field visit regularly and handle customer enquiries
- Liaise with Marketing team and retailers to coordinate on in-store promotions and events.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder preferred.
- With over 8 years retail experience in which 3 years in managerial level, preferably in retail industry;
- Responsible, result-oriented and self-motivated;
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
