About the Role:

  • Manage and supervise store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

  • Train and develop retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming and helpful store environment.

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments.

  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure effective product presentation, promotions, and visual merchandising.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures and operational guidelines.

  • Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

About the Candidate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry or retail setting.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Sound understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the store's operating hours.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
