About the Role:
Manage and supervise store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Train and develop retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming and helpful store environment.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure effective product presentation, promotions, and visual merchandising.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures and operational guidelines.
Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
About the Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry or retail setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Sound understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the store's operating hours.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
