Retail Manager/ Senior Manager (Premium Beauty)

Our client is a well-known international beauty brand, due to their business expansion in HK & Macau, they are looking for a passionate and responsible candidate to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and people management for assigned POS in order to achieve sales targets and ensure the excellence of the floor operations.
• Conduct analysis on the sales performance and floor’s service performance to identify the business opportunities and develop action plan to the floor.
• Lead and motivate the retail team, handle the BA recruitment and work closely with Training team to ensure proper coaching to BAs.
• Conduct field visit regularly and handle customer enquiries
• Liaise with Marketing team and retailers to coordinate on in-store promotions and events.

Responsibilities:

• Degree Holder preferred.
• With over 8 years retail experience in which 3 years in managerial level, preferably in beauty industry;
• Responsible, result-oriented and self-motivated;
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• More experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
